Roland Smith serves as Aloha’s Director of Flight Operations.
For the past fifteen years, Captain Smith has been employed by Aloha as a Line Pilot, Flight Instructor, Check Airman and Chief Pilot. In addition, Captain Smith spent twenty-three years in the United States Air Force and Hawaii Air National Guard, and recently retired as the Director of Operations of the 199th F-15 Fighter Squadron.
