Service Schedule

Just Tell Us When.

Aloha Air Cargo's flight schedule is based on regular service commitments for our Aloha Same Day and Aloha Overnight products; operating weekly Sunday through Friday.

Drop-Off and Pickup Times

For all Same Day shipment requests, please contact our Customer Service Call Center toll free: 888-94-ALOHA (25642) to check availability. Once confirmed, cargo should be tendered by 10am daily (except Saturdays), and may be picked up after 6pm (but before 7pm station closing hours). Services based on flight and space availability at time of booking.

For all Overnight shipments, cargo should be tendered anytime during normal operating hours by 7pm. Cargo will be moved overnight and may be picked up the following morning after 6am. Services based on flight and space availability at time of tender.

Special Holiday Service Schedule

Aloha Air Cargo will be CLOSED at all ALL ISLAND STATIONS on the following Holidays. The Customer Service Call Center will also be CLOSED. Please note that we will NOT provide Aloha Same Day services on these days; shippers may tender within noted hours before and after the holiday for normal Aloha Overnight services with pickup the following morning after 6am.
  • Monday, 2/20 – President’s Day
  • Monday, 5/28 – Memorial Day
  • Wednesday, 7/4 – Independence Day
  • Monday, 9/3 – Labor Day
  • Thursday, 11/22 – Thanksgiving Day
Aloha Air Cargo will observe SPECIAL Hours of Operation from 3pm to 7pm at all ALL ISLAND STATIONS on the following Holidays. The Customer Service Call Center however will be CLOSED. Please note that we will NOT provide Aloha Same Day services on these days; shippers may tender within noted hours above on day of Holiday for normal Aloha Overnight services with pickup the following morning after 6am.
  • Tuesday, 12/25 – Christmas Day
  • Tuesday, 1/1 – New Year's Day
For the following Federal holidays, we will have NORMAL hours of operation, however we will NOT provide Aloha Same Day services:
  • Monday, January 16, 2012 | Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Monday, 10/8 – Discoverer's Day
  • Monday, 11/12 – Veteran's Day (observed)
