Hours of Operation

Effective April 19, 2020, Aloha Air Cargo will have updated hours of operation for Sunday only.  Please see updated hours for each of our locations below:

Mon – Fri: HNL/ITO/KOA/OGG/LIH 6am – 7pm
Sat: HNL 6am – 12pm
Sat: ITO/KOA/OGG/LIH 6am – 8am
Sun: HNL/KOA 3pm – 7pm
Sun: ITO 3pm – 6pm
Sun: OGG/LIH Temporarily Closed on Sundays

Airway Bill Template

Shipping with us? As part of our increased health and safety precautions to avoid the spread and exposure of the coronavirus, we are asking customers to fill out their air waybill template before visiting us. This helps us reduce the crowd in our facility and time spent at our customer service counter. The form can be found on our website at https://www.alohaaircargo.com/prewaybill-template/. Cashless

Effective from September 1, 2020, Aloha Air Cargo will be going cashless at our counters in order to lessen the amount of direct person-to-person contact that happens during point-of-sale transactions to reduce spread and exposure of the coronavirus. This means that we will stop accepting cash or check payments at all our customer service points of sale. We will continue to accept all major debit and credit cards.

New Procedures

Please follow the signage posted in our customer service area to protect yourself, your loved ones and those around you. We have implemented new health and safety precautions including sneeze guards in our customer lobby area, masks worn by our employees, increased cleaning and disinfecting procedures and physical distancing markings on the floor of the lobby.
