Aloha Air Cargo will observe special operating hours for the following holiday. Please note that we will NOT provide Aloha Same Day services on Monday, May 26, 2025 in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday. Note that animal bookings/shipments will not be taken on this day. ALL Shippers may tender or pickup within operating hours as noted below. Please plan for your business needs accordingly.

Honolulu (HNL)
Holiday Hours of Operation: 6am- 12pm & 3pm- 6pm
Hilo (ITO) / Kahului (OGG) / Kona (KOA) / Lihue (LIH)
Holiday Hours of Operation: 06:00am – 08:00am
Los Angeles (LAX) Station
Holiday Hours of Operation: Open 06:00am – 2pm **Minimal staff due to holiday.**
NOTE: The Aloha Customer Service Call Center hours will be from 6am – 10am on the holiday noted above. All inquiries via email and/or voicemail received will be addressed between those hours and anything received after 10am, will be addressed the following day during normal business hours.
