Shipping Instructions

• Leaking packages will not be accepted.
• NO WET ICE! Only gel ice may be used for packing.
• No styrofoam containers may be used for shipping.

• • Please print and bring a copy of your finalized estimate with you when tendering your freight for shipping. This will assist us in expediting your shipment and the booking process. Note that rates provided via the online estimator may vary at time of shipping; some restrictions apply.

• Exact charges to be determined when shipment is tendered.
• Discounted rates are available for large shipments, frequent shipments and local businesses.
• Payment types accepted: Cash, Check, VISA, AMEX, MC, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, and Corporate Credit. Only prepaid account or credit cards accepted out of LAX.
• Surcharges, fees and additional tariffs may apply to the transportation of dangerous goods, overweight and oversized items.
• Commodity rates subject to change without notice.
• Estimated Chargeable Weight is the greater of either Dimensional Weight or Gross Weight.
• Dimensional Weight is determined by multiplying length by width by depth in inches and dividing total by 194.
