1. Confirm Your Eligibility to Ship

• Confirm that Aloha offers cargo services to/from the destinations you are interested in. Check the Route Map for more information.

3. Check Schedules and Rates

4. Prepare Your Shipment

• Complete the Pre-WayBill Form in advance to make your drop-off quicker.
• If you are a business and don’t have a corporate account with Aloha yet, complete the Cash Application and Known Shipper Application.

5. Drop off your Shipment

• Bring your shipment to our Aloha Facility in Honolulu or to one of our stations. Read the Information about facilities and stations.

6. Track Your Air Waybill

• Track up to 10 Air Waybills at a time online.
